Being in business means we have a broader responsibility to the community within which we operate. This necessitates that we play a more active role in the relevant communities we operate in. This observation has led to the development of a Corporate Social Investment policy. This policy guides us as to how best  can we utilise our resources when giving back to communities. Furthermore, realising massive challenges we face as a country we have to be involved in some form of social community upliftment or other.

Strategic focus

Our CSI activities focus on underprivileged communities in South Africa. Should there be a need to make a positive input outside of the country, we will carefully evaluate such needs as and when they come.

Implementation

The implementation of this policy is overseen by the executive team of SakiPrint. Where necessary and where the need is dire we will make contributions by either one of the following:

  • Donating food and blankets to children’s homes.
  • Visiting and encouraging juvenile offenders to seek a better life.
  • Donating time to the elderly.
  • Assist with information dissemination within communities.
  • Provide assistance to small businesses.

Policy Review

From time to time this policy shall be subject to review and amendments will be made where necessary pending a review by the executive management team of SakiPrint.
